Bluestone Trading's masters will dismount your diamonds, per your request, at no charge. This extra "no cost" service eliminates any further damage done by NON-professional dismounting techniques, enabling your company to make top diamond profits.

Trading Precious Metal Services
Bluestone Trading Company, as a convenience, will purchase your settings, paying 97% of spot on gold and 85% of spot on sterling silver. Metal settings will be returned if desired, but settings will not always be remountable without minor repair.

Consignment Offer Period
Bluestone Trading Company will evaluate and price your diamond consignment as quickly as possible. Most are processed within 1 or 2 working days. After pricing information is available, your Bluestone account representative will immediately contact you via telephone with our offer.

Terms of Payments
Payments are made by same-day check. If faster payment is required, Bluestone will wire transfer the funds directly to your bank account to arrive on the same day. Our bank charges us $15.00 and we pass that charge on to you.

How to Ship Diamonds
All shipments should be made by registered and insured mail with U.S. Postal Service. The U.S. Postal Service will guarantee shipments up to $25,000.00. Place shipment in a box or envelope and securely wrap, using only paper tape on the outside of registered packages; they must ink stamp the shipment to prevent tampering.

Bluestone Trading Company regretfully will NOT be able to accomodate clients or visitors who wish to bring diamonds directly to us for pricing or other information. Security, insurance, and general disruptions are major problems with visitors, or people who "drop-in."
